CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed.

Kee&Ka reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to order cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the account within 4-5 business days. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kee&Ka  and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
