1. To ensure that the order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest period, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
2. We have several payment options provided by our payment partner Razorpay.

4. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
5. Currently, we are not accepting any Cash On Delivery Orders.

Delivery Time

1. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
2. All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of order placement. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
3. Once the dispatch happens, the delivery may take 1-6 business days depending on the destination city.
4. The shipping company will make three delivery attempts. In case of a failed delivery attempt, it is returned to us and if the delivery is to be made again the customer will bear the delivery cost plus the return cost. Refunds will be provided after deducting 20% of the total order cost in case it is a failed delivery. 
5. Made-to-order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email.
6. Deliveries may take up to 7-10 business days. Due to the high rush, there might be a delay. We are doing everything to get your order delivered on time, we appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
7. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
