EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do Exchanges only in apparel products. 
  • Return requests will be entertained only under specific conditions like broken or damaged products. You are requested to make an unboxing video of the products received. 
  • Exchange Requests can be placed through the website by logging into your account and going to the "My Profile" page, you will get the option to Exchange on your Order summary table.
  • If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on the "Request Exchange/Return" option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the exchange.
  • Orders can be exchanged within 2 days or 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Special sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Personalized items are non-returnable or exchangeable. 
  • Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items will be considered for exchange only if the product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
  • The item to be exchanged should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
  • All items exchanged go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the exchange item will be informed to you via an email or via call or text within 1 business day of receiving the exchange consignment.
  • Kee&Ka reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.

Register An Exchange

  • You must raise an exchange request within 2 days of delivery of the product.
  • We are not liable for any exchanges that we are notified of after 2 business days of product receipt.
